Potato pancakes with meat (Kolduny) - Russian Recipes

How to make potato pancakes with meat. This recipe makes potato pancakes with meat. Its not an every day treat, but on occasional days its nice to have some warm potato pancakes filled with meat and topped with sour cream.

For the Potato Pancakes we will need:
8-10 large potatoes
3 egg
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Meat Filling:
250 gr of beef mince ( you could use any other meat you like)
2 small onion or half of a large onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
